FELINETTO
Produced from first class, salted, minced and seasoned meats; The
mix is left in special container in a coldroom for about two days
so that it can completely absorb the spices and lose excess humidity.
It is then sacked in cowgut and matured for one month.
The taste is sweet and delicate, the aroma is fragrant and characteristic
and is strongly influenced by the length of maturation.
