SALSICCETTA
This sausage is the jewel in the crown of our production. It is
prepared daily from choice piedmont pork meat using only shoulder,
pork neck and bacon.
It is sacked in natural gut and then packed airtight so as not to
be contaminated in any way.
Thanks to this system we have acquired an EEC stamp exclusively
for this product and we are able to guarantee the perfect conservation
of the product for 15 days
